'We have stayed here a few times for a couple of nights, in different (located) rooms. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice and pretty rooms. With clear weather from the lakeside rooms great views of the volcanoes (e.g. Osorno). Very kind and helpful staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Perfect location: a few minutes walk from the center of Puerto Varas and the lake. Excellent breakfast with good fruits and delicious bakery (the Apfelstrudel, alas not always available, can easily...

'The cabana (loft) was better than expected. Everything was clean and it was well decorated. Also the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bed was comfortable and the upstairs space pretty spacious. WiFi worked well. They even prepare the fire for you so you only have to light it. The hot tub is only available in the evening and has a surcharge (20.000 when we were there) '

'The host was great. He provided great information on the area and places to see. My son speaks Spanish so that helped with the communications. The space heater was running when we got home from our daily excursions which made settling in more enjoyable. Watching the sun hit the clouds over the lake in the morning from bed was a highlight for my wife.'
