'We were very pleased with our stay. It was the perfect space for our extended weekend. 'Apparently there may be multiple units available. Great location convenient to the Hwy., Colorado National Monument, and the rest of Gran Junction and Palisade. I gave it 5 stars and would stay again, but here are the negative things to know. You will sink into the couch. Visio TV so it may take a few minutes to figure out its operation. Bed is firm. 'You access the apartment by going thru the garage, and up stairs- the place was clean, cute, and comfortable- we were there to see my son graduate from CMU, and we walked to the stadium which was perfect. We left our car in the garage, and didnt have to worry about graduation parking since it was only about 5 blocks. We loved it, but if you are elderly, or have mobility limitations, the steps might be a bit difficult to get up and down as they are a bit steep and narrow- when carrying a suitcase'

'If you like nature and peace and quiet, this is perfect. After mountain biking at 18 Roads(35 minutes away) and Moab(90 minutes away), this was ideal for us 2 to relax afterwards. Restaurants and grocery stores are an easy short drive away. A patio and chair overlooking the mesa in your backyard await. A trailhead to a beautiful hike is also across the street, literally. "De kamer is OK maar de rest is een ramp. De service is nagenoeg onbestaande. Al je iets wil moet je erom bedelen. Bedden worden niet opgemaakt. Het (continentaal) ontbijt is minimalistisch van keuze. Men eet uit kartonnen borden met plastieken bestek en dito bekers. Het hotel is totaal onderstaffed: dezelfde persoon zorgt voor de check-out, het bereiden van het warme gedeelte van het ontbijt en het aanvullen van het ontbijtbuffet. Geen wonder dus dat bepaalde zaken van het ontbijt gedurende langrre tijd (20 minuten) niet aangevuld werden, bijv. sinaasappelsap. Als je een premium prijs wil betalen voor de kwaliteit van een jeugdherberg dan is dit hotel voor jou. Besluit: blijf er dus weg"
