Incredible property! Imagine yourself sitting on the upper deck after a full day of adventures, watching the sun set over Mount Royal and Mount Victoria, while sipping on your favorite cocktail. And when it cools down, relax in the private hot tub under a sky full of stars. This home truly has it all! Beautiful, 4 bedroom 4 bathroom private home located on a tranquil street near the heart of Frisco with an easy walk to venture out and explore Main Street's local shops and restaurants! (only 4 blocks away) As you can see from the photos, this home is luxurious and spacious, with lovely high end finishes. It provides wonderful views of Mount Royal from the living room and patio along with great views of the Ten Mile Range heading back towards Breckenridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, a gas grill on the upper deck, and a 10-person custom made dining table with 5 additional stools to dine at over the kitchen island. Our home includes two master suites with beautiful walk in showers, 2 sets of Twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, and Captains bunk beds (Twin over Full) in the fourth bedroom. We also have a large mudroom and a spacious two car garage.

Please note-- this property contains a private, lock off apartment with a completely separate entrance. The owners of the property will be up some weekends to stay in the lock off, but will never enter the residence.

Great location and house layout. Perfect spot for 4 friends to explore the area and relax after days out and about. We all had our own bedroom annd bathroom. Hot tub was great after hiking. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Frisco. Would definitely come again!

Ski Patrol Trip

We had 11 patrollers from MN in our group. It was a great stay. Condo was very accommodating for out group. Frisco is a great location to reach Vail, Beaver Creek, Breck, Copper and Keystone! Good restaurants in town if you want that, or cook-in like we did. Kitchen is very complete! Plenty of seating and 2 very large "family rooms" on 2 different floors so you can keep kids separated from adults if you have them in your group. Hot tub had some cloudy water in it from previous group for I called property manager and they changed the water same day for us! Great service! Definitely recommend this property!

A great find

We’ve traveled to Summit County regularly for over 30 years. This house is a gem. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, up against the mountain, but just a few blocks from downtown. Beautiful, sunlit, modern house with room for two families to stay together comfortably. Just minutes from Copper Mtn. The private hot tub was a treat after skiing.

Great place to access the mountains

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The listing is very accurate. The home is in great condition, with the bedrooms all very comfortable in a range of configurations for different types of groups. Communication with the property manager were efficient and helpful and the check-in/ out process was easy. We would definitely return.

Great Christmas Vacation!

I’m not sure how we chose Frisco, CO for our family Christmas vacation, but so glad we chose the town and this home. The house has everything and the floor plan was perfect for a group of 9. Lots of room to spread out. Easy walk to Main Street and restaurants. Centrally located for our adventures to Breckenridge, Vail and Copper. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Home - Love the layout

My family stayed at the Frisco Lodge with my brother's family. We loved the layout, because there were two master bedrooms (with master baths). We didn't have to fight over the better room. It was also nice that there were two bedrooms on each floor, so each family basically had its own floor (and privacy). This is a lovely home, and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very well maintained and very clean.

This was a great location for a ski trip. While it is closest to Breckenridge, it offers easy access to the freeway where you can quickly get to resorts in Summit County and toward Vail.

Christmas in Frisco

Everything was as ordered. We gathered for a week in Frisco to spend time as family at the end of a crazy year. My kids all said it was the best trip they have ever been on, and I know that the space had a lot to do with this. It was warm, friendly, great sleeping arrangements and cozy but spacious main rooms. Everyone hung out upstairs, but there was adequate space to scamper off alone to a great book too. The hot tub was large and accommodating and was a wonderful place to wile away an evening after a busy day. Much fun by all...highly recommended.

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our family! It was beautiful and great location. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes we were able to cook like we were at home!! Very clean and comfortable. We stay again if we are ever back in Frisco!!!
