'The hotel is near to Airport and that is good from commute standpoint. But, this is huge disadvantage that there is no restaurant nearby. The hotel is providing shuttle and it helps to some extent. The breakfast was decent, no complaints. The staffs were very friendly and thats a plus.'

'The room was not clean. Looked like dog food kibble on the floor when we arrived. It was still there when we left. The “accessible bathroom was not accessible. You still had to climb over a high tub to get in and sit on a bench. Beds were never made and I had to ask for clean towels. They did not bring wash clothes so I had to go downstairs to get some.'

I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for.'
