Modern Apartment 2 in House Sohl with Private Balcony & WiFi

Our house is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen. Lake Constance is only a quarter of an hour away by car.



Our well-equipped and modern holiday flat is very central and less than one kilometre away from the village centre, the next shopping facilities, a bakery, a pharmacy, a doctor, a bank and various restaurants. The airport is less than a 10 minute drive and the train station is only 5 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is right in front of the house and the local bus takes you to all the surrounding villages.

The apartment offers with approx. 62 square meters a lot of space for two persons or a small family with up to three persons, who can spend a wonderful holiday here.

The apartment is also on the first floor and is comfortably furnished. It has an open kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishes, tea/coffee maker, sink, ceramic hob and an extractor fan.



The bright living and dining area is equipped with a dining table for up to three people, a sofa bed (3rd person bookable on request) and a TV. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one large open space. The balcony, which is completely protected from rain, invites you to sunbathe in good weather. It is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. Next to it there is a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.



Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. In addition, you have free access to WLAN in the entire apartment. Also the final cleaning is already included in the price - as well as a parking space for a car and for bicycles directly at the house.





Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dogs and that these are non-smoking apartments.



The arrival is possible from 16 o'clock, the departure until 10 o'clock.
