'The lady at the desk that evening was very helpful and personable. She brought me up hypoallergenic pillow when I was having an allergy issue with the feather pillows and she wouldn’t even take a tip. Such professionalism. Better hang on to that worker and give her a raise to keep her. She makes your business shine. '
