« Unique and secluded/quiet, but very comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed the yurt, fire pit, walking trail, and visits from the friendly dog. Already plotting a return. »

« We stayed for a weekend to attend Binghamton graduation. Cabin is rustic but very comfortable and not too far from towns. Antlers and deer trophies on wall in great room give it a country vibe. Plenty of kitchen supplies and beds were comfortable. »

« Was very comforting and clean. Really gave a true “living in the country” cabin experience and was very relaxing and perfectly sized for us and what we needed. Dog was satisfied and having a line at the property to let him out really helped. Thank you till next time. »

« We came here for our annual father son fishing trip. Loved the cabin - the cleanliness, layout and necessities without being too cluttered. Spot down by the water is well worth the walk! »

« We had a phenomenal time ant our stay (mostly due to the farm animals lol.) Everyone was very friendly. The family has their kids over for the summer and it’s a very welcoming space seeing everyone playing. Cell service is spotty in the area so make sure you have the instructions on the map pulled up to get there. »

« The property was super comfortable and clean and perfect for our group. We utilized the fire pit our back in the evening (which was already stocked with wood). I have never seen so many fireflies at one time in my entire life. It was close to Seneca and Cayuga lakes and all the wineries and breweries. »

« Amazing property. The staff was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Only comment, is no fault of the property, but if you stay in a glamping (tent) or small cabin check the weather. Stayed memorial weekend and the weather was in the 50s which the locations are not insolated or have heater... Which I didn't expect. Lucky we brought blankets and heated blankets were provided, but it was very cold still. We would stay again and hope for better weather next time to enjoy the...

« Cabin was beautiful on lovely property, bed was super comfortable and we were very happy to have the “duck and go” bathroom and outdoor shower as well. We are animal lovers so we were very happy to be greeted by the barn cat, chickens, horses, and other animals. We wish we had extended our stay there and hope to be back someday! »

« Lovely property and accommodations. Very family friendly, especially for kids who love animals. Our Rustic Garden House was eclectically decorated and had everything we needed. The property manager was new and we had never stayed there before so we had a couple of miscommunications but she was very responsive and we worked everything out. The one thing I would suggest is that they have a map made of the property indicating the location of the various accommodations and buildings. It was very...
