'We had a great stay in the apartment during the holidays for a rather impromptu family trip. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group. Communication was quick & easy, apartment is as shown ("even better" according to one family member), location is great (walkable to restaurants, grocery, etc & quick access to 295). Would highly recommend it & would definitley consider staying here in the future!'

'Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice....

'Nice comfortable property which is walkable via a pedestrian foot bridge to downtown Brunswick. First impression from the outside does not do it justice. Once you open the door it is an attractive single large open space with a seating dining area, kitchenette and comfy bed. We really liked it.'

'This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the...

'The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket...

'Easy walk to good restaurants and gelato. Property was clean and plenty of off street parking. I might suggest a larger coffee maker. We were 4 adults who had to brew multiple pots. '

'Great location and just the place we needed to explore Brunswick. The A/C units were welcome in the midst of the wave of warm weather! The landlord was very responsive. We’d stay there again.'

'Check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the place was cleanly and well-decorated. We also appreciated the substantial amount of window AC units and fans. Only thing to note that we did not realize ahead of time was the two sets of narrow stairs. Somewhat difficult to navigate with our bags. We were able to do so but I would not recommend for people with any sort of physical limitations. All around a seamless experience!'

'This apartment is great- the furnishings are cute and the bed is comfy. It has a kitchen with all of the cookware I needed, and off-street parking is awesome. I liked that it was really convenient to downtown, but outside of the busy, touristy parts of town. The owners were communicative, but not intrusive. It was overall a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.'
