Note: The homeowners are currently renovating the backyard. Workers will not be present during your stay; however, there may be some equipment and supplies in the area. This is just a disclosure to keep you informed.

Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the full house and backyard area. Guest will be able to access home by keypad. Driveway is not available to guests. Street parking is available right in front of the house and can fit 2 vehicles. (guests won't have access to the back storage)

- Suitable for children and infants; however, please note the home is not child-proofed.



- This property is NOT pet-friendly.



- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
