This adorable bungalow also has stunning outdoors with a swimming pool. Located just two to three blocks from Main Street Shopping yet on a quiet street, this Downtown Retreat vacation home is an exciting find.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Quick Getaway in Fredericksburg

This location was perfect. Easy walk to Main Street and clean, comfortable suite. Cute pool area with seating. The only thing I would request is a pool skimmer available as there were lots of bugs in the pool and skimming it out quickly would have made it much more useable. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again!

Good location but short on amenities

We enjoyed our first visit to Fredricksburg and our room was in a good location that allowed us to walk to a lot of places. The room was clean and nice enough for the price. The one negative woujd be with the amenities. There weren’t enough tissues to last and more dishes and silverware would’ve been nice. We did buy paper and plastic and more tissues. Also, the bathroom sink faucet could use some work or updating, but at least it worked.

Convenient location, hot tub was very deep and hot, it had everything we needed.

Paper thin wall between neighbor allowed us to hear conversations. Stones in the Shower pan were uncomfortable for my wife. An extra layer of mortar would be appropriate.

The unit is really cute and nice. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed the faux fireplace. It would have been helpful to have more plates, cups, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. There were only two cups, two plates and two utensils. Felt like I was constantly washing dishes. The coffee maker was also too small. The location is perfect. Easy walk to Main Street!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great - a few blocks from Main Street. We walked to all downtown restaurants and shops. There is parking on site which was very important to us. The room itself was very clean and is equipped with a small kitchenette - refrigerator, microwave and sink. We were very comfortable - loved the fireplace!

Great location and great for couples

Loved our stay with Absolute Charm. We were very comfortable and content. The bathroom stairs are a little funky, might’ve tripped once or twice, but it was fine. The location is perfect just a short 5-10 minute walk depending where you want to go in town. We also did their wine tour, which they Emailed me about after I booked this place and it was also a fun time. They picked us up from the rental and handled everything for us. Great intro to the wineries.

Perfect getaway

It was the perfect stay! It was about 15 minute walk from the shops on Main Street. The pool was very relaxing. I wish there was a body mirror and the ceiling fan did not go on high which was weird but it stayed cool in the house.
