Pros: spacious home, water pressure great, hot tub worked great, too cold for pool use but nice backyard,clean, cozy small living room, spacious master bathroom, clean spacious garage. Cons: EV charger didn't work upon arrival, took them next day to fix it, so make sure you arrive w/ plenty juice. There is two Tesla Network Level 2 slow chargers down the street 10 min walk (can charge if not taken) while enjoying the strip, No Tesla Superchargers in Fredericksburg or nearby towns, closest Supercharger is 40 mins away. So plan accordingly.Window peeking neighbors but don't know if residents or fellow vacay rentals, Fridge Ice machine didn't work, so we just bought a bag of ice, lots of squirrels, walking on the roof but yeah just heard heavy footsteps thru the night.Spotty WI-FI, only get access to the 2G band not 5G band of signal, but for the most part latched on as much as it could.Customer Service: overall okay, communication slow and lacks, feels like a lot of general copy & paste generic texts, not on a more personal friendly peer-to-peer customer service level.Maintenance Man just shows ups unannounced or no communication, no call or text, for example "John Doe will arrive between 9am-10am etc.." my wife just yelled cause she thought a man was trying to break in lolbut he was a nice young man, and was trying his best. Overall: Good stay, but for the price, experience should be flawless per other stays I have stayed in at that price point.
