Main Level: This home features a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering. The well-equipped kitchen includes an island, perfect for beach-day prep or casual meals. The kitchen flows into a large living room with a flat-screen television, a cozy gas fireplace, and ample seating for your entire group. A dedicated wet bar with a wine fridge is located just off the kitchen for evening refreshments. Additionally, the first floor provides a versatile flex room with a daybed, a half bath, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Upper Level: The second floor offers a second living area, providing extra space for evening movies with a sleeper sofa and television. The primary suite serves as a private retreat with a queen bed, television, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and dual vanity. Three additional bedrooms are located on this level: one with a double bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two extra-long (XL) twin beds—all equipped with televisions. Two additional full bathrooms with dual vanities and shower/tub combinations serve the guest rooms.

COMMUNITY/AMENITIES Guests will enjoy the world-class facilities at Ocean View Beach Club, including a large community pool, billiards, sauna, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse provides sporting equipment such as pickleball rackets, ping-pong paddles, bocce sets, and basketballs. Exercise classes include yoga, spin, aqua toning, and Zumba, while massages are available by appointment (additional fees apply). Food trucks are often available on Friday and Sunday evenings.

The Beach Shuttle: To make your trip to the beach effortless, the shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Shuttles run on the half-hour from the Clubhouse to Bethany Beach (starting at 9:30 am) and on the hour for the return trip (last shuttle at 4 pm).

Located only 2.5 miles from the beach, Ocean View Beach Club is a treasured destination offering a peaceful atmosphere just a short drive from the water. You’ll also enjoy quick trips to Fenwick Island (6.5 miles), Ocean City (8 miles), and Rehoboth Beach (15 miles).

Use of community amenities requires the purchase of amenity passes ($35 per person for the summer season, subject to change). Passes can be purchased via credit card at the Clubhouse upon arrival.

LINENS

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for all guests; and bathmats for all full baths. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT 1st Choice Properties provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, and (1) kitchen trash bag. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

RESTRICTIONS The maximum occupancy is 10 people. There is a parking limit of 3 vehicles, in accordance with community rules. No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details. The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
