'The neighborhood is criminal. Lots of broken glass from cars that have been broken into. The room is nice and staff is helpful. And it's a 30min walk to the train station to travel to San Francisco.'

'Wow. Truly a hidden gem. I didn’t expect much due to the pictures that make this place look old, rundown….but perhaps I had a recently renovated room? Almost flawless. I truly feel like I got a tier of service that is only provided for people that spend $250 a night on a room. I can the room was CLEAN. Yes, cleanliness is the bare minimum but when everything is so clean including the light switches not have grit in between, the bed frame itself was free of dust. The glass mirror don’t have...

'Stay in oct-nov 2023. Hotel room is nice, new and modern. Kitchen fully equiped with induction. Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor. Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...

'This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel isn’t too big which is an advantage, and it is a little old, but it is clean and has all the essentials that you would need including a restaurant and a small gym. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station. '

Its quiet, parking isn't a headache, they offer shuttle services to Oakland Arena if Uber isn't for you, the room itself is very spacious, clean, and nice. Definitely worth the money. 'The place is very clean and well designed. Lots of little touches made our stay comfortable. There was dishes, soap, a dishwasher. The privacy curtain between the bed and coach was a nice touch. The chemical free body products were a nice surprise too. Our dog was welcomed as well. Just an over all wonderful relaxing experience.'
