Our vacation rental is located in the heart of the countryside, where you’ll find peace and quiet to recharge, yet close to amenities just 5 km away: a bakery, Intermarché, a pharmacy, bar/tobacco shop, ATM, optician, gas station, doctor, physical therapist, and nurse. In the heart of the Epernay triangle, with its champagne cellars, Verdun with its battlefields, and Lac du Der with its beaches and marina, Nathalie and Francis welcome you to the countryside year-round in their industrial-style vacation rental—a fully renovated former farmhouse with an enclosed courtyard. Located in the countryside, 10 minutes from Châlons-en-Champagne and 15 minutes from Vitry-le-François, you’ll find the peace and comfort you need to relax and reconnect with friends or family. The fully air-conditioned cottage features, on the first floor, a large living area with an open-concept kitchen leading into the dining room and living room (TV with soundbar), a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms: one with a 160/200 double bed and two bedrooms, each with two 90/200 single beds, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. You also have access to a private terrace equipped with a plancha grill overlooking an enclosed inner courtyard (shared with another cottage). For entertainment, there’s a pétanque area for all ages with equipment provided, as well as some games for the children. The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided. You are responsible for end-of-stay cleaning (an option is available for 70€ through the owner) (washing dishes, emptying trash cans, placing bed linens and towels in the laundry room, mopping floors, cleaning the bathroom, etc.).
