'TERRIBLE !! - The worst experience ever! The reception didn't allow me to check-in because I arrived at 23h05, which is outside 23h00 check-in time. The security guard told me there was no staff around. Not sure if that means they closed the reception much earlier and departed immediately at 23h00. I tried to reach the hostel by phone, but the phone number mentioned on the booking site is not correct or in use. At 00h31 the reception sent me an email mentioning that since I was not there by...

'Hotel op perfecte locatie, centrum op de voet te bereiken. Kamer voor 2 personen was aan de kleine kant en erg gehorig, wel goed schoon. ontbijt was oke. Personeel erg vriendelijk.'

'I don't recommend this hostel if you are staying at hostel under hot temperature since there is no airco working. I also couldn't use private bathroom, so it was a huge disappointment. The stuff was helpful and had a positive energy. Breakfast is not great but cheaper than cafes/restaurants.'
