'Pretty view of the bay from the screened in porch. Good space for our family. Very clean. Mattress in master bedroom was uncomfortable, but that was the only bad part. Downe is remote with barely any grocery/restaurants. It is an authentic, small fishing village. Beach is very narrow. But it is quiet and peaceful. We drove about an hour to Ocean City, NJ so our kids had more to do.'

'Great location to NJMP! We like staying in Anderson’s home when coming to watch our son race at the NJ Motorsport Park. The back porch is nice to relax and play games (darts & pool). There is also an above ground pool to enjoy! The house is always neat and clean!'

'Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. 'Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home, we really enjoyed the house! House had everything we needed and it was clean! Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! The walk to the beach was really nice and glad we can go anytime without it being crowded. Overall enjoyed the home and we do look forward to coming back next year!'

'The cottage was clean, bright, new, well thought out and well appointed as was the yard and grounds. The place has almost everything you could possibly need. Anthony, our host was responsive, very accommodating and kind. It was so cool to have a hot tub and to be able to bring our pups. We will definitely stay here again.'
