'Loved all the space and complete kitchen'

'Nice hotel good breakfast. Only complaint is beds were too soft. But thumbs up 👍'

'We have been staying there 24 year sand have found location consistantly excellent'

'Had a pool side room, was told the pool closed at 9pm , so we changed our whole plans to make sure we were able to squeeze in pool and hot tub time..... to our surprise many kids and adults were in the pool until 11 absolutely screaming, even tho it was "closed" for us ? Won't be ever returning.'

'Terrible. Hole in mattress.'

'Staff were great, room was clean and the breakfast is generally the best of the hotels that I have tried in Thunder Bay. I never hesitate to stay here.'

'Stayed in quiet area of hotel by conference rooms. Room was clean an updated. Breakfast was delicious and was nice to enjoy beverage in the skaal restaurant in the evening'

'L’hôtel est belle, les chambres spacieuses et bien rénové. Le déjeuner par contre c’est pas génial. Il y avait des œufs à la coque, gruau , céréales, gaufres , il y avait des galettes d’œufs style mcdo à mettre dans un muffin anglais ou un bagel très décu du déjeuner. Rien sans gluten.'

'Matig hotel, niet super schoon, het ontbijt is voor continentaal matig'

'We stay in a corner room the room was clean and quiet. The negative we had only one housecoat in a bathroom, two would be nice when you reserved for 2 persons. A microwave would also be appreciated,'

'Upon arrival the fire alarm went off. It was a false alarm. Then our room had a pull out bed that was disgusting with bodily fluids on sheet that was stuck to mattress…. Absolutely gross. There was half a pizza slice and other garbage under the couch from god knows when. The bathroom toilet paper holder was falling out of wall. There was a used comb left on back of toilet. Just not impressed and will not return.'

'Spacious rooms but noisy. Airco does it's work but sounds like a F-16 engine. Kingsize and room with queens: both very hard matras. Staff friendly and helpfull (as your bathroom door is (b)locked from the outside ... and forgood diner suggestions). Continental breakfast good. '

'The property was easy to find with ample parking. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast area was clean with many options. Would stay here every visit in the future.'
