'Upon arrival, the lobby was very warm. The exterior door was kept open as if it were broken, there were no signs. It took at least 15-20 minutes to finally get someone to the counter for check in. The stairs were very dirty as if they never sweep. We all but busted our door for our room down since it stuck so hard with all of the pain slathered in the frame. The bed frames had a good layer of dust. And it was at least 80 degrees when we got inside of the room. The bathtub did not have a drain...
