Windward Point #309 - Bayfront Monthly Condo with Stunning Views!

Windward Point #309 is located near the south end of Fort Myers Beach, and has direct bayfront views! Mornings are filled with sunshine and many days you will see dolphins! This property requires a minimum of 30 nights, but can be rented long term or annually.

This condo features a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a screened in balcony off the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and doorway to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom is in the hallway and has a shower/tub combo.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is a communal coin-operated washer/dryer located onsite. The property also has a nice bayside pool and hot tub with chairs on the sun deck! Watch birds and boats pass by all day - Enjoy the island life here on Fort Myers Beach.

Renters are required to complete a rental application for the association. As part of the application renters will need to provide a $200 Application/Registration fee. This fee is included at the time of booking, and is non-refundable. Rentals are conditional upon approval by the association.

This property requires 30-night minimum rentals. Multi-month rentals are preferred. This property may be available for long-term rentals, if you are interested please inquire.

There is a lobby code and door code required for entry. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival so you can head right to the unit at check-in time.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
