From the moment you enter this updated, beach front, condo you will be compelled to come back year after year due to its gulf front sunset exposure, open floor plan, extended patio overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico, amazing amenities, and proximity to restaurants, activities, and much more. In terms of convenience, ensuite bathrooms accompany each bedroom so that guests can relax with piece of mind knowing that their co-occupants have their own attached bathrooms, sharing no space with one another. Additionally, this residence makes quick work of overflow guests such as grandparents, parents, children, or even friends, by deploying its comfy sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping a maximum of six persons, this residence has a greater capacity than many at Leonardo Arms.
