'Air conditioning'

'The building was run down and needed a lot of updates. It didnt seem very welcoming. The room seemed clean when we first walked in untill you started looking more closely. The couch is DISGUSTING! stains all over it. We had to put sheets on it in order to sit on it. The one bedroom had lamps which both didnt work. Both bathrooms had hair and the whole place was grungy. The owner had lots of rules that they dont disclose BEFORE you rent the room. Parking is 40$ a night. Save your money and go...

'The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties.'

'The tile floors on every floor were very dirty same with the elevators kitchen area for breakfast not clean. Bathroom needed touch ups old door, tub and shower nozzle. Parking lot dirty & no ice in ice machines'

'I am not sure if this place was under new management or had just reopened after being closed for a while but it was not clean or in the best condition. They had people putting furniture together in the lobby. Refrigerators in the lobby in boxes waiting to go to rooms. The hostess desk were make shift desk not real hostess area just open to the lobby. The pool was on the 3rd flood which did not look very safe or clean. Hostess was not very friendly. Elevators were nasty. The Tv in our room barely...

'It was a great experience. The beach was so close and was easily accessible. Room was very nice and clean. The view on balcony was beautiful!'

'We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure.'

'I was disappointed when I realized I booked on a golf course instead of the beach. However, it turned out much better. The views were amazing along with the different activities it gave us a break from the hot beach sun. The condo was unbelievable beautiful. Sitting on the golf course having coffee was the best part of the day for me. My husband wasn’t happy because he didn’t bring his golf clubs.'
