Our courtyard includes a grill, hammock, picnic table, & fire pit, all while being across from the active Holiday Park! Coming for a family vacation, couples escape, or just as a temporary work/relocation stay? This unit is equipped with everything you'll need!
This unit comes with its own kitchen, living room space, enclosed private backyard, full bathroom, and bedroom with a King sized bed. The communal living space has a picnic table, hammock, fire pit, and grill for your use!
Guests will have access to the entire unit along with a private enclosed backyard area, as well as the shared communal courtyard space that comes with a firepit, grill, hammock, and picnic table
My partner and I respond relatively quickly on the app! But if you find yourself in need of immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to call us on the phone numbers provided on the app. We may be available for check ins however, more often than not, you will be able to do a self check in!

Moreover, Holiday Park, a lovely recreational area, is situated practically across the street, and the vibrant locales of Las Olas and the beach are merely a short 5-minute drive away from our doorstep.

These house rules supersede any other contractual agreement on the platform.
Check-in time is 4pm / Check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours 10pm-8am. No unauthorized guests permitted after 12am. No smoking inside the house ($350 fine)
We have created this house rules sheet to preserve the integrity of your stay and future stays while also respecting the home and neighborhood! Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. We understand that people are not a “one size fits all” category, so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns in this document. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!
Mi casa, tu casa! But you wouldn’t intentionally damage or mess up your home, would you? We ask that you treat our property as if it was your very own as well! Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you happen to notice anything broken when you arrive, please contact us ASAP to let us know. We also ask that you please watch noise levels at night. We love our neighbors! They’re nice, we’re nice to them, and we hope you are nice to them too! Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.
Check-in Check-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are interested in an early check in, please reach out to us and we will let you know what the additional cost would be.
Check-out Check-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $50/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accommodate these requests however we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Should we experience any cancellations or losses in our calendar arising from any check out related complications from you or any guests, you will be charged for the next booking.
*Upon checking out, please make sure that our house looks reasonably neat- just like the way you found it. Although we pride ourselves on cleanliness, we do not expect you to scrub it clean but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in. *Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, and cabinets. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Communal Area/Living Space All outdoor areas including the outdoor grill, fire pit, hammock, chairs, and picnic table are available on a first come, first serve basis. We expect all tenants to be respectful of the other guests. Should anyone become unruly, they will be given one warning and then if that isn't enough to move the needle, they will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement. The entire communal area will be under surveilance. Nudity is forbideen in the communal area!!
Identification Required Must be 25 and up to rent. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 72 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.
Security When you leave the property and at night, please make sure all doors are locked and secured. Even though our home is in a safe neighborhood, we take the safety of our guests very seriously. Our security protocol includes 8 outdoor cameras and 4 doorbell cameras. The cameras are located around the entire perimeter of the building. There are no cameras inside the units. Since this is a multiplex building and there are a total of 4 units, each front door has a doorbell camera. Please note: These devices are not meant to micro-manage our guests. We do not have time to monitor or watch your every move. It is solely there to monitor any suspicious activity that will trip the alarms and cause us concern. In which case, we will check on the safety of our guests immediately.
Parking THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY FOR THIS UNIT. It's a multiplex, so there will be a total of 5 parking spaces for all 5 units. Please DO NOT PARK on the grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. No on-street parking is allowed.
Guest Interaction We love to meet and greet all guests when possible. However, in today’s world, we understand that most people would rather skip the pleasantries. Because of this, we offer self-check-in with a door code. Please keep in mind that we have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present an ID. As long as your guests can confirm trip details, they too can reach out to us with any questions and concerns.
Guest Access All areas of the property are for guest use unless there is a lock on it. Please do not tamper with any locks on the property unless we give our permission. All monitoring devices are not to be tampered with. This includes our cameras. Any violation of the above rules can result in immediate termination of your stay.
Items Available Upon Request The following items may be available upon request but are not guaranteed and must be requested within at least 48 hours in advance: mosquito net, boardgames, children's dinnerware, highchair, bread maker, outlet covers, pack-n-play, table corners, window guards, luggage drop off. Additional charges for certain items may apply.
Maximum Occupancy The maximum number of guests is 8. However, we may be willing to accommodate additional guests for a fee of $40 per night per guest if we have the proper resources available. We cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request but please reach out to us prior to booking as we view this on a case-by-case basis.
Unauthorized Guests Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, there are no unauthorized guests allowed to stay overnight past 12am. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless it was previously agreed upon from us when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking. Any unauthorized guests will result in a direct violation of our house rules, and we reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately without any refunds.
Parties & Events While we are all about having a good time, WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT ANY PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is to preserve the quiet neighborhood we’re in. Keep the party for the Las Olas night scene. You can be as loud as you’d like there. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level during quiet hours and any conversations should be had inside the house, not near the street, front entrance, communal, or even the patio areas. Please be mindful of the city-wide quiet hours from 10pm-8am and make sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund as you will be in direct violation of house rules.
Unruly Guests We want everyone to have a good time in our home, but we have definitely had an experience with a large group that we gave multiple chances to, that still apologized to us and continued to turn around and be a nuisance to the property and our neighbors. Therefore, we have revised our rules to prevent an incident like that from ever repeating itself again.
