Great little place in Hollywood

This is a great place to rent if looking for a place to sleep and just hang out close to Miami. About a 25 minute Uber to some good bars as well as Hard Rock Stadium. My group stayed in apartment 3 which is slightly smaller than the main listing, apartment 1, but it had more than enough beds to sleep in. It had a working stove, oven, range, and all the appliances we needed. ljubo, the owner, is fun to talk to and a very accommodating person. The backyard has a working grill and is pretty spacious, and there’s a table that’s perfect for some BP. The place isn’t a 5 star hotel by any means, but I would definitely recommend it.

Decent, needs a deep clean

This place is a little oversold. It is two rooms connected together with four twin size beds in the two rooms. One room has a shower in it which is a little wonky but we were able to make it work. The other room with the kitchen is a little small to have the size of table it does. There is a tv over the sink and it’s gets basic channels. The only internet access is outside which there is a nice large outdoor space. It could stand to be cleaned up. We weren’t sure how to use the washer and drier as there was a propane tank next to them. The whole place could use a deep clean however when we were visiting it sounded like a new girl was coming to start cleaning. The air conditioner in the “shower room” kept putting out particles on the bed and the floor. There was black mold in the window of the “kitchen room”. The jacuzzi tub would only work if you filled the tub with the shower as it isn’t able to be changed. Decent walking distance to shops and a Publix. Little distance from public transportation and about 3 miles from the beach. Overall we made due with the place but it could have been cleaned up better.
