Large 4 Bedroom and 3 Bathrooms with Master in law suite, Remodeled house at end of a Cul de Sac, safe and residential area
Close to the beach, marina, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and malls.
Located in Lighthouse point a neighborhood surrounded by canals a marina and a lighthouse.
Clean house with all the essentials to relax, work or visit all the attractions in the area including Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach.

The property is ideal for large groups or whole families traveling together.

This 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms features:

A large grandmother suite that allows privacy from the other 3 bedrooms that can be used for grand parents or people that need extra space and privacy as its has its own bathroom with large shower and double sink, private toilet, walking closet, a work-station, freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, 32”smart TV and its own AC with remote control.

There is a gourmet kitchen with central island with stools ideal for gatherings and entertaining connecting with other common areas like the dining room and a cozy family room where you can relax, play games or watch a movie.

Family room with 55" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon video. Alexa is also available for weather, music and latest news.

A master bedroom with its own bathroom, shower and walking closet. 40” smart TV

The host is very nice and accomodating. He responds quickly and ensure any issues that may arise are handled asap and courteously. The place was clean and spacious. Backyard is very nice and clean. Lots of towels and pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall excellent place to stay. The only thing that was less than satisfactory was that the pool and hot tub were not very warm. Otherwise, perfect stay.

House is great. Lots of room for many people to sit around inside and out. There is no patio door to the pool. However pool and hot tub were amazing. House to close to many restaurants, gas station and shopping. Owner was very quick to respond. Would rent this house again!

Honesty is the best policy!

So the description reads as a 4 bedroom, sleeps 12, etc. We walked around when we arrived excited to be on the property. We found locked cabinets, locked door and only 3 bedrooms. Fine, the rest of the stay was as described. I reached out to VRBO after the stay just to inform them that there is a safety plan posted in the kitchen that the dwelling capacity is 8, not 12 and the 4th bedroom is either not on the property or behind a locked door. I was correct. After truey reached out to the owner about the videos and photos I sent, the owner advised tray you have to request access to the 4th bedroom. I have been renting through VRBO for years. This is the first time that I had to play Blues Clues and request access to something that is in the title and description of a property. My husband dropped an adjustable link to his bracelet in the carpet in the living room. We had to get on our hands and knees to find it. Although the carpet seems clean it was not. We kinda used a broom to do a real basic sweep to find the piece and ended up with a dust pan full of matter out of the carpet. Investing in a good Dyson to do deep cleaning is definitely a suggestion. Not having wash clothes or maybe they were locked in the cabinets was weird & lastly, we checked in on a Weds. I checked out on a Saturday. We wanted to leave the property how we found it and follow the instructions. Trash gets collected on Thurs. Judging by the maggots on the can trash, hasn’t been taken down in a while

Our stay was great! Everything was as pics showed. Our host responded quickly to my pool questions. We were a group of 6 adults and a baby and the space was perfect with room to spare. Pool was great, kitchen was perfect for cooking our large family meals, beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect!

Perfect vacation home.

Spacious, high end, newly and fully renovated very clean house in a beautiful cul de sac quiet street. Less than 10 min drive to the beach, walking distance to a pharmacy and a small shopping area. Landlord responds right away, easy to reach. Friendly neighbors. Very good and safe area. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig machine. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful home for just 2 days and the owner made it real easy. Much better than a hotel room. If you are staying for 2 days or 2 months, this house is the way to go. We couldn’t have it all

Loved the house, well decorated and CLEAN,thank you!!! Only set back was I could not use the backyard because they are installing a pool. That was not disclosed when I first booked the house. Another Strange thing for me, we had someone in the Studio I guess? I’ve never been at a house where someone else is on the Premises. So I was startled when I approached the house late at night and someone is at the door. He was looking for his entrance. All that said awesome location, just enough room for 4 adults. Well kept.

House was just as depicted. Very nicely appointed and updated. Kitchen was spacious and clean. All rooms were more than adequate. House was clean and well-kept. Location and proximity to restaurants and beaches was excellent. Could have walked to dining establishments if we wanted to. You can tell the property owner takes pride in keeping the place nice.
