MASTER BEDROOM - Sleeps 3
Deluxe Queen Bed with a pillow top mattress and two nightstands. Plenty of room to settle in with a closet, dresser and armoire. The Master has its own sitting area to rest, work, read or watch TV. The couch in the TV area folds down to sleep a child.Master Bathroom with two sinks, two mirrors and an oversized shower with a bench. Enjoy a VIEW of the POOL with direct access to the pool and backyard through the sliding glass door!
GUEST BEDROOM - Sleeps 2
Brand New furniture with two nightstands and a dresser. Walk in closet is big enough to sleep in!This room has a Queen Bed with a new mattress that has a remote controlled ADJUSTABLE BASE. Bring the head up and down for you to sit comfortably while you read, watch TV and relax. TV Firestick takes you to regular channels, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and more. With the touch of a button, bring the head back down to the angle that is comfortable for sleeping.
GUEST BATHROOM
FRESH and CLEAN with new paint and flooring. This bathroom had a single sink and mirror with plenty of drawers. Soak in the oversized tub (sorry jets don’t work) or take a soothing shower.
FAMILY & FRIENDS ZONE
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of cupboard space for you to settle in and stock up! There are spices and oils in the cupboard that I have provided. Guests are welcome to use what they need and contribute back by leaving what they'd like for the next guests. Pots, pans, bowls, leftover storage, cooking utensils, knives, measuring cups and spoons and much more are provided.
There are dishes (set of 4) with setting for 16, including 16 coffee cups. Glasses and wine glasses are also available. Silverware set for 8. Enjoy dining where you choose. You can eat outside on the front porch, outside on the patio table, at the Kitchenette with 4 high top bar stools or the beautiful cream colored/distressed wood dining room table that seats 8.
Laundry Room is stocked with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as laundry detergent.
Fully open Family Room allows you to relax, watch TV or game night with a beautiful view of the backyard and pool. Seats 8 with plush shag carpet to sit on, and extra chairs you can move over. The sliding glass door takes you right out to the backyard pool, lawn, patio furniture and gas BBQ. Yard is fully fenced!
LIBRARY
Feel free to relax and read one of the various books offered in the library. Please take care of the books and return them to their shelf upon check out.
WEST WING STUDIO - Sleeps 3
West Wing boasts a fully remodeled 3rd bedroom with its own sitting area. NEW very comfortable mattress on a Queen Bed that sits in its own private corner of the room. Watch TV, Netflix, Hulu and much more with Fire Stix. The sitting area has a coffee table, end table and comfortable Couch that folds out to comfortably sleep one. Watch TV from bed or the sitting area.This is a private room that includes a private entrance. Sleeps 3 and sits 5.
Parking is available in the driveway that accommodates 2 cars. 1 light weight car can also park on the gravel next to the driveway.
E. BROWARD COUNTY ORDINANCE - Occupancy and Use Limitations
1.Occupancy and use of vacation rentals shall be limited at all times to the number of guests listed on the vacation rental reservation. The property owner or property manager must require listing of the number and the names of the guests that will be staying at the property. Only those persons so listed, and any guests approved by the property owner or property manager, may utilize the property. The person responsible for the vacation rental reservation and the person named on the vacation rental reservation must ensure compliance by all guests with all requirements of applicable Broward County Emergency Orders.
2.In addition to any applicable limitations in E.1 above, total persons at any vacation rental at anytime, inclusive of guests, shall be limited to no more than six (6) persons (unless all persons are of the same household, in which event no more than ten (10) persons from the same house hold may occupy or utilize the property.
