'This Hostel is constructed & designed like a beautiful boutique hotel, with comfy common space to hang out. Henry, the key staff person who is usually on site is super friendly and helpful. Tamsui is a great place - 45" train to Taipei, but on the coast & close to nature & hot springs. YES is at a central but quiet location. Highly recommend!'

'Had a river side room with a view day & night is a plus and it’s just the opposite side of the metro station . Mind the insulation. Check in system needs the personal information in case the reservation number doesn’t work'

'This is the third time i stay here. First time was in 2019, stayed for a couple of weeks. Fast forward to this year, front desk lady Carrie still recognized me! Staff here all speak very good English. Lobby and common area always kept clean. Beds are comfortable and firm. '

'In hotel tref je weinig westerlingen aan hetgeen te merken is aan ontbijt faciliteiten. Twee supermarkten binnen 50 meter van het hotel zodat aanvullingen op ontbijt binnen handbereik liggen. Loopafstand naar metrostation Tamsui. Heleleuke gezellige omgeving om in Tamsui te verblijven.'

'Nice little accommodation. Owner is nice but very direct. I can see why some people might take it as a bit rude but he was very helpful. Just add his Line contact and you can contact him if you need anything. The "reception" isn't attended most of the time. Will come back to this accommodation again'

'最寄駅からは少々歩きますが、部屋は十分に広く、眺めも抜群です。 交通量の割りには室内は静かです。淡水地区も徒歩圏内で、観光にも便利です。'

'We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. '
