On an area of 10,000 square meters, overgrown with pines, agaves, juniper and rosemary bushes, the architect Henri Quillè planned this villa. Shortly after the completion of the property, he was awarded the 1st prize by the FUHEM Foundation for the "modern house in finca style".



Casa sa Paret Nova integrated with time into the landscape in such a way that no weather could harm the house. The comfortable patio (110 sqm) is a quiet sun-drenched oasis even in strong winds and is connected to the north terrace by a sliding glass door. From the north terrace you have a beautiful view of nature, the sea and the legendary rock of Ibiza "Es Vedrá". Since both terraces are partially covered, you can enjoy your tapas and a good wine with friends on stylish furniture even in strong sun.







The house is independent from the environment due to its modern solar system and a collection basin for rain fresh water. But this also means that you should be careful with energy and water. Thanks to modern technology, cold and hot water and 220V are available everywhere in the house. An emergency generator automatically ensures the supply, should the capacity of the batteries once but no longer sufficient.
