'Our room wasn't cleaned. We quickly got a new room, but the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Staff took care of that; but cleaning is apparently an issue. The room is very spacious, staff very friendly. Location is great just off Hwy-10. Breakfast is fine; just the plastic tools and paper plates should be changed back into proper utensils and plates. Boston Pizza conveniently right next door.'

'I arrived in an ice storm, and I was desperate. I had made my reservation online, but when I arrived there was only a room available on the second floor. They refused to let me go up because I was a Senior and it was so icy and dangerous. Instead, they took the time to clean and prepare another room on the main floor and made me feel safe and protected. I was so grateful! '
