'The house is even better than the description! We were 8 adults (aged 18-60). It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, beautiful swimming pool, nice garden, loads of kitchen and cooking equipment.The BBQ and covered eating area were perfect in the heat.The hosts were lovely with great communication.Shops, restaurants and bike hire are 5 mins bike ride or 20 mins walk away. We only used the car once during the week to get to the far end of the island, everything else was by bike.Super holiday '

'Splendid house fully equipped for a family staying close to La Rochelle. Plenty of space in the house and the different bedrooms. Modern decorated, cool house with beautiful swimming pool. Only 10 minutes with bike from center of La Rochelle. We were very well welcomed by Sophie who took care of all possible questions. You stay in a quit environment still close enough to highway and supermarkets. A special thankyou to the warm morning welcome from the neighbours cat ‘chausette” who is definitely...

'We hebben 9 heerlijke nachten verbleven in dit huis bij La Rochelle. Alles tot in de puntjes afgewerkt. Rust en privacy. Luxe, heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi. Goed uitgeruste keuken en heerlijke slaapkamers met royale bedden. Als je een vraag hebt krijg je meteen antwoord van de eigenaren via de app. Puilboreau is een rustig dorp, maar met een lokale bakker en dicht bij een goed winkelcentrum waar je alles kunt krijgen. Ongeveer 15-20 minuten van het strand. En in La Rochelle is genoeg te beleven....

Een buitenzwembad en een verwarmd zwembad

'Une très belle maison, avec une vue splendide sur la mer ! Grand confort, très bien équipée, proche de la Rochelle et de l'île de Ré. Ma famille y a passé un agréable séjour. Merci d'accepter les animaux dans cette villa! Ce grand couloir était un super terrain de jeu pour mon chien et les lancer de balles ! Mention spéciale pour Virginie, la dame qui nous a accueillis. Très souriante, elle nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise dans cette belle demeure et nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses !'

'Great location, beautiful house with superb facilities. Easy transport links with bus stop outside the property and train station down the road. We loved it! Thanks to Carine for everything!'

'De woning was zeer smerig bij aankomst. Vuilnisbakken waar maaien uit kruipen. Toiletten niet schoon. Aan de eigenaar gemeld. Er zou iemand komen en het geld voor schoonmaakkosten terug ontvangen. Beide is niet gebeurd. Er waren ook defecten aan de woning. Deze zijn netjes gemeld, maar niet opgelost. Jammer, kost veel geld, maar heeft ook veel ergernis opgeleverd, vooral omdat afspraken niet zijn nagekomen of uitgevoerd.'

'Alles verliep heel vlot, zonder problemen. Heel sympathieke mevrouw. Het huis was prachtig ! Fantastisch gelegen, mooi uitzicht, gezellig ingericht, alle gerief is aanwezig. De veranda is natuurlijk de max !! (met zwembad en jacuzzi, ...) Alles is heel proper en in orde. We hebben er echt van onze vakantie kunnen genieten !! t'Was alleen veel te kort !'

'Huis gedateerd en slecht onderhouden'

'Huis vlakbij het strand (via een tussendoor weggetje). Zwembad is heerlijk. We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad. Keuken bevat veel handige spullen. Auto kan binnen staan. De veranda ( halletje achter de keuken) is bloedheet, maar wij lieten dat dicht. Het huis bevat 2 fans, toen het bloedheet was hebben we die gebruikt. Verder is er voldoende gordijn om schaduw te maken. Vlakbij een heerlijke bakker en een supermarkt. '

'Besides the location we expected for the price paid a perfect house Some negative points * cleanliness not OK * No hot water and agency didn't answered on sunday. * Heating pump for the swimming pool defect. Took several days before it was fixed and again several days before the pool was at the requested temperature. * several bordings around the pool were damaged with screws sticking out which resulted in several swimming tires with a fit * No airco as mentioned on the website'

'Nous avons passe un excellent séjour, le logement était totalement conforme aux photos. Il n y a eu aucune mauvaise surprise.La communication est très facile avec les propriétaires. Je recommande vivement.'

'Super séjour. Les hôtes étaient très accueillant. La piscine couverte est top; un taille parfait, bien chaud (surtout à le fin de l'après-midi) même avec un temps gris. Il faut un voiture pour profiter de la région mais avec la super piscine on pu passé des journées complets à la maison. Plage plutôt isolé à 3/4 min en voiture où on peut promener les chiens en laisse. On retournera avec plaisir!'

"Nice, new hotel in walking distance from city center but in a quite neighborhood. We had a standard room, not very big but had everything. Ii just mist place to open your suitcases. In de room we couldn’t sit( only on the bed) but in de lounge downstairs you could sit. The hotel has no parking on own ground, but we could park very nearby "

"Leuk hotel met Vieux Port uitzicht vanuit het raam, jammer genoeg zonder balkon. Gratis twee waterflesjes en twee ice tea blikjes in het koelkastje. Nespresso koffieapparaat in de kamer - heel handig. Ruime kamer en badkamer maar hele kleine wasbak. En er is een plankje dat laag boven die wasbak hangt wat goed is alleen voor het handen wassen maar als je jouw gezicht wilt wassen dan botst je met je hoofd tegen die plank en water stroomt uit van je gezicht langs de wasbak naar buiten. Ik vind dit hotel een beetje overpriced. "
