« We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s great. Unfortunately the owner tried to sell off our booking before we arrived, in spite of our booking being pay on arrival. They don’t have consistent booking policy. Other than that, it is a great location and great for families. »

« covered parking which was very convenient with tunnels to the towers... Once in our room we had a fantastic view of the mountain and plaza... Rooms were very accommodating and the balcony was a great addition. My in-laws were thrilled and the kids had a great experience. Will frequent »

« Wonderful property in beautiful private setting. Close to the park and a short drive to Estes Park, this property was very conveniently located. Had a few small issues upon arrival, but property manager took care of them immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this property again on a future trip to Estes Park. »

« We had a bit of trouble finding our cottage... the address was correct, however, the location was initially consusing. Once we settled in, the cottage was secluded and relaxing. Access to main street was excellent, and we took multiple relaxed breaks on the porch looking into a garden courtyard. The room was well-equiped and well planned. The shower/bath was great, and lack of air conditioning was not a problem in early August. My back was not particularly happy with the bed, however, that is...

« Janet's property was clean, cozy, and incredibly located! We were a quick walk to downtown and a 5 minute drive to the North Inlet trailhead to Cascade Falls. We had everything we needed including extra games, books, and movies. Janet was so easy to communicate with, check-in and check-out was a breeze, and we could not have had a better stay! »

We especially loved the sandy area and dock for the kids to play, boating, paddle boarding, etc. The owners have it all figured out and were great to work with. « We all loved this cabin! It was in a fantastic location: walkable distance to downtown but tucked away from traffic. Thank you for supplying shampoo, conditioner, and body wash… it made the stay even easier. And the extra sheets and bowls for the dog was a huge plus. »

We saw five moose down the road, we took our kayak to the lake, went fishing and caught some trout, and enjoyed the beauty and serenity of the area.
