'Located just outside the city center of Williams. The room was noisy and there were no amenities in the room. The pool was under maintenance. Free coffee and tea were available only in the morning.'

'Staff very responsive. Exterior looked a bit funky until one realized it was in-keeping with historic Route 66. Interior was more up-to-date, but smaller than expected. Still not in a bad way considering we had three 70# dogs with us! Despite being on historic Route 66 it was not as noisy as we feared, just normal traffic noise. '

'I picked this hotel because it was on our way back from the grand canyon and we wanted to stay a night to get some rest, relax, and enjoy the view. Mind you I booked a room with a view and the big bath tub. When we arrived we were told we were placed on the first floor behind the stairs with no view which the front desk employee asked if I wanted to be moved but would no longer have the tub but honestly at the moment i was tired and didn't even care so i took the room with no view.
