« How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

« Perfect cottage in the wonderful town of Brevard. This was a solo trip with my dog & we both enjoyed the area. The host is very responsive & made everything easy. The cottage is well kept and has a lovely landscaped yard. »

« This spot was a perfect home base while in town! So nice to be able to walk downtown. House was as pictured, nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable! Would stay here again for sure! »

« This place was so cozy, comfortable and clean. We love the fact that we could bring our puppy and he loved the back deck. It has everything you need and then some – plenty of towels, super comfortable bed with extra blankets, nice pillows, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of little extras left by the host. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Brevard and perfect for our little getaway. We would definitely stay here again the next time we head to Brevard! »

« Michelle made our visit very easy; from key code entry to various amenities to a well stocked kitchen. Each sink area had cleaning items below in case you needed to clean something up. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The bedroom linens and towels were very clean and comfortable. There was a vacuum and broom available, if needed. « The cabin was really nice. It was super clean. The host was very communicative. The new floors were immaculate! Not much to complain about, other than the ac units were a little moldy. Everything else was 10/10. I am a photographer and had a wedding to shoot at Pretty Place Chapel and we already plan to stay again for any future bookings at this location. « Spent Easter 2026 weekend here!! Awesome Good Friday service at Biltmore Church in Arden!! Fabulous food, beer, coffee and donuts at these nearby downtown spots: Baker’s Box, Trailside Brewing, White Duck Taco, Hendough and Umi!!
