« The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

« Everything was how it seemed in the pictures. The house was fully stocked for cooking and the backyard is perfect for a dog! Definitely an ideal space for a couple and a dog. We will definitely rebook here in the future! »

« Everything was great. We had a small problem and Dean was quick to reach out and get got it fixed. The home was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. My family and I had a great time! Thank you! »

« Overall, this was a great space. Some minor things that could be addressed... Towels for the hot tub and possibly mat of the room that grants you access. The fire place is misleading... No wood and they say fake logs provided, but there were none which greatly interferes with the heat output. Some of the dishes were still dirty, which is ok other guests but should be looked at. Otherwise, great location and space. Smaller than images infer, but a good amount of room for a small family. »

« The place was great and the location terrific. The only issue was the loud truck noise in the middle of the night. It sounded like an old diesel truck was right outside our window from about 3:30 am til about 7 am. Trash trucks going back and forth and possibly the snow groomer machine. It was so loud I couldn't sleep. The layout of the place was great and nice and roomy. »

« Me and my kids had a fantastic time. I highly recommend that you get a firewood bundle package. It is definitely worth it because the cold nights with the fireplace going was unbelievable. We will definitely be back. »

« Amazing house! Warm welcome with some snacks and a bottle of wine. Everything clean, in the instructions said that we couldn’t leave any trash inside so we even took out the bathroom trash, I was just a bit nervous leaving any trash behind or furniture not in its place. Besides that everything was amazing the room’s spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms well equipped with everything you possibly need and plenty of towels. Loved it! »
