Ce confortable condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain est un joyau cachĂ© situĂ© dans la communautĂ© de Little Oak Island! Notre condo comprend un coin salon / salle Ă  manger avec un canapĂ©-lit queen, un foyer au bois et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec casseroles, poĂȘles, vaisselle, verrerie, ustensiles et une cafetiĂšre Keurig. La chambre comprend un lit queen avec vue sur le lagon. Grand balcon grillagĂ© avec vue sur le marais et le lagon avec plus d'espace sur le balcon extĂ©rieur.

L'espace
Lorsque vous séjournez dans notre condo, vous aurez un accÚs complet aux deux commodités de Little Oak Island et Mariners Cay, qui comprennent deux piscines, des courts de tennis, des aires de barbecue et une marina!

Little Oak Island est une communauté trÚs isolée et privée, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et se détendre tout en profitant de la faune naturelle qui vous entoure!

La plage de la folie est à 15 minutes à pied ou à 5 minutes en voiture. Il y a des pistes cyclables et des trottoirs des deux cÎtés du pont. Le centre-ville de Charleston est à 20 minutes en voiture.

Perfect location

This condo is the perfect location near Folly Beach. It is a short walk into Folly Beach. It is very quiet and has everything one needs. Communication with Domenick was quick and easy and he was always responsive. Highly recommend this property and if we come back , we will stay again !

Better than advertised

My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and I can’t imagine a quieter, more beautiful, more relaxing place to stay! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch, and sunset out on the gazebo was stunning. No noise from other places (only from the landscapers), and even though there were plenty of people in the complex, it didn’t feel at all crowded. We fell in love with Charleston, and would love to stay here again if we come back!

The condo is in a great location, the management team-Dominic-, was very helpful and the condo was a perfect choice. The only small comment is the age of the condo. The bathroom and kitchen were a tad dated, but nothing that hindered our stay.

First Visit to Charleston

Property was perfect for our first visit to Charleston. Location was a 2-minute drive to Folly Beach and 25 minutes to Charleston. Nice one bedroom condo in a quiet community. Absolutely loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and the water views of the area. Close to Folly Beach restaurants for dining out, although there was a full kitchen with all the amenities if you wished to stay in and cook. Plenty of room for the two of us. My only complaint was I wish we were staying longer. Would definitely return to this property when we visit again.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. Gated community... quiet & safe. Great location.Walking friendly. We especially enjoyed over- looking the lagoon and the marsh. Lots of wildlife - ibis, woodstorks, heron, raptors ... even an alligator in the lagoon. Condo itself had plenty of space for 2 of us. Bed was comfortable. Agree with other review about very low sink/toilet but 6'3 husband survived. Owner very responsive.Would definately return and recommend to others.

Very comfortable and well situated condo in gated community. The bed was very comfortable and the screened in porch was great for morning coffee. The toilet and bathroom counter are unusually low. No shampoo, condition, body wash or tissues were supplied.

Very nice condo. My wife and I stayed in early October. Clean, quiet, close to beach and short drive to Charleston. Enjoyed morning coffee in screened patio and on the nearby gazebo. Would stay again.

Great location

The proximity to both Folly Beach and Charleston, along with marsh views and outdoor seating made this a great spot for our vacation. Access to tennis court and swimming pool is a bonus. Our only critique was the toilet and sink were unusually low to the ground, not sure why!

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location

The condo is lovely. Very clean and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. We loved relaxing on the screened-in porch overlooking the pond and pavilion. It was great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The location was great as well.
