'beautiful and unique stay! excellent staff!'

'The stench of mold emanating from this property was grotesque. They had humidifiers in the hallways so it’s obviously a known issue. Either the local health department has toxic thresholds or I can’t see how this property can be compliant with health department code. The front desk was kind to put us in another room but the stench was pervasive throughout the whole property. Infuriating that I paid $242 a night for this danger to my health. Gives Expedia a bad name.'

'I arrived earlier than expected and the assistant GM Mr Dexter was very accommodating with still getting me checked in and I so appreciate that so much. And at the end of my stay Ms Hailey helped me and she also was very helpful.'

'This room was completely perfect elevators to go up and down luggage carts for easy access. The pool was great. The hot tub was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The room was good. The floor was dirty when we went in but they came and cleaned it for me the next day. They need more hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The breakfast was really good! The pool needs maintenance. A lot of loose concrete and missing concrete in and around the pool. Nice views though but very limited seating. Elevators were quick. There were lots of great places walkable to eat and shop. I would stay again.'

'I paid almost $900 for two nights. Friday-Sunday. $40 charge on hold I get that. But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. I’m not sure if the drink machine malfunctioned but the floor was wet with no sign saying “wet floor”. Worker almost busted his butt coming out of the kitchen. 'Good distance from the beach and very convenient to restaurants but not so clean. We waited at the front desk to check in for over 10 minutes before anyone came to help. There was spoiled food in the refrigerator and dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests. There was a giant cockroach in the hallway.'
