'Receptive and helping at a very early morning arrival. On the other hand no room telephone working was a problem'

'It was amazing went for my teenagers birthday and never had to leave. We did once for dinner, and literally walked across the street to the janky looking arcade and had a surprisingly delicious meal. They had activities that kept both my teenagers entertained and off their electronics while engaging with us!'

'Love the grounds and poo. Proximity to Epcot and Hollywood studios was great , you can walk to both parks, saves time not having to wait for transportation Java coffe on site was a great feature, they also have great sandwiches. '

'Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure an exceptional stay. Ocean views everywhere and the pools are fantastic. '

'De kamers zijn redelijk. Gescheurd beddengoed en de airco is gedateerd en maak heel veel lawaai. Koffie is er op de kamer maar geen thee. Er is geen vrij parkeren. De self parking kost $ 25 per nacht en is ver lopen. Uitchecken is al om 11 uur en er is geen mogelijkheid tot langer verblijf. Ook niet tegen extra betaling. Op de verdieping boven ons werden kamers gerenoveerd waardoor er vanaf 08.00 uur tot laat in de avond geboord en getimmerd werd. Volgens de manager mochten ze dat en deden ze...

'We really enjoyed our stay here. I gave the cleanliness a 4 star rating because the outside sitting area of the naked crab restaurant was a little rough ( broken light fixtures, a burnt outlet with wires hanging over out and bird droppings on the bars above the dining tables).The rest of the property was stellar!!!'

'The location is super convenient. It's a 2-minute walk to the Disney Springs area. Additionally, they have shuttles that you can sign up for that provide transportation to all the Disney Parks! The hotel itself is a little dated, and the walk to some of the rooms can feel like a maze, but they had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.'

'Too expensive, even after a Great hotels.com discount... customer service was very poor(No shower gel... even after demanding at the conciërge desk.... doorman “forgot” to warn that our lost luggage already arrived One day before....) Great eggs at the breakfast buffet... wonderful chef Oh... and partial sea view... see picture bellow... it is partial.... in case you dont see the sea... look Upper left... partial'

'Het is niet goedkoop maar het is een prachtig hotel met mooie kamers en een super leuk zwempark. Wij komen hier echter niet meer terug. Het hotel was enorm druk waardoor het best een chaos is overal. Personeel doet zijn best maar echt bij alles moet je lang wachten, bij inchecken, voordat je koffers op je kamer zijn, bij uitchecken, bij de valet parking etc. Daarbij betaal je voor alles veel extra. Er is geen mini bar op de kamer. Dat vind ik voor de prijs die je betaald vreemd. Verder hebben...

'We enjoyed our stay on property. Having only one elevator near our room got a little difficult during check in and check out times. We never did get a chair at the pool. People put towels on chairs and walk away. There is no way to use that area to relax. We made the best of what was there, but I think that area needs more monitoring. Front Desk and staff throughout the resort were wonderful. We would definitely come back to visit.'

'Overall, I have mixed feelings about this property. While I appreciate the convenient location near the beach and the fact that it has a private beach, I was disappointed by the age and musty smell of the hotel. Though construction is currently underway, I can only hope that future updates will improve the overall experience.'
