'Had to walk to my car. Car parking is off site several blocks. Good thing it was not raining. We stayed there 3 days. If you suffer from knee pain, to get to the room you must go up stairs. That was the worst. I did not read anything online indicating rooms were upstairs. The room had a funky smell when we arrived. When the window a/c was turned on, the smell was nasty. 'The property was very cozy and clean. My kids loved sleeping on the beds in the loft. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice showers. We enjoyed how the location was tucked away but still close enough to local stores and restaurants. 'This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a VRBO! Our host Maribel was amazing. The accommodations were perfect. Our teens fished all day from the private dock. 'This is a very cute and cozy property. As Jacksonville natives, we just wanted a change of scenery for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. We decided to stay in a side of town we weren't familiar with and really loved this space. Nearby to some local shops and a few venues we were excited to stumble into. The bed is incredibly plush and a welcomed embrace after a long day of walking. Very clean and well thought out presentation. A great place for a couples weekend! '
