'IF YOU'RE READING THIS.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The place is old, dilapidated, full of bugs, and reeks of mold, old sewer, cats which their are 4, stale opened cans of cat food, and cat piss. I initially rented the room for 2 days in a pinch and the cheap price caught my eye,and although the 1st 2 days were unbearable I wasn't able to find anywhere else affordable before the 2 days were up but anywhere else would had been better. 'When we arrived at the motel the office was boarded up with plywood. That should have been a sign. We went in the room and the floors were disgusting. This is clearly a motel from the 1950s and the pictures might be the rooms but they have been in heavy hard use for years. Worst room I have ever rented. We did not stay and had to search for a room at 11:00 at night '

'The room was nice. The screened in porch overlooking the backyard and river was great, as it allowed us to spend all our time outside, if not sitting down by the river. Shower hot with great pressure. Sitting down by the river was a great experience. The pool was clean and a perfect temp for swimming. 'The location in old cocoa village is excellent, the B&B staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The historic building is very charming. At the end of the day you can sip wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.'
