'Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. '

'Sheets on bed had cigarettes burns on them .the sink in bathroom was backed up with grey water.. it is a great place for single guy construction workers .place was full of them. If I had been by myself I would of left. For the price it is a decent amount. The curtains had big stains on them . Room 306.it was a handicapped room .lots of space in bathroom .but no bed bugs .it rained all night so TV lost signal '

'Hotel is what you expect, a low cost room in an old hotel in a college town. Two miles north of the stadium, an acceptable stagger back to the room after a Gator's victory.'

'The receptionists wasn’t all that friendly but the rooms were decent. Looks like people are living there as well. Breakfast was next to nothing. We only had coffee, water and some nature valley cookies. If you were lucky you might find a banana as well.'
