Guests have exclusive access to the entire residence and its private garden. The entrance is at street level on the Lungarno, with no stairs or elevators to navigate to reach the apartment.

All interior and outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for your stay, with no shared spaces and no other guests.

Our team assists you from booking through check-out. Check-in is by appointment between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM and includes a personal welcome and a tour of the residence.

During your stay, Andrea and the co-hosts (Debora) are available at any time to assist with any need. Customized services can be arranged upon request: private chef, butler, airport transfers, in-residence experiences, and curated tours throughout Florence and Tuscany.
