Eleanora is the best host! This is our third (fourth?) time staying at this beautiful apartment in Florence. It's so welcoming and comfortable - feels like you're staying at a friend's house. The location can't be beat. Highly recommend, and we certainly hope we'll be back again!

Lovely Apartment, As Pictured, Location Superb & Elevator !!!! Firenze centrally located apartment that is near many landmarks. Excellent restaurants nearby and two food markets are blocks away. You will not need public transportation because you will be able to walk to most of the major sites. It was so nice starting our busy days with a light breakfast at the rental, coming back just before dinner which can be at any of the superb restaurants near Eleanora’s apartment. This apartment is lovingly cared by Eleanora and her husband who use to live there. Eleanora is very responsive to any questions you may have.

The apartment has some beautiful natural wood windows throughout. This was our view from the kitchen window on a full moon evening.

Everything was wonderful. Location couldn’t be better. Very charming apartment, in a very old building but tastefully updated with modern conveniences such as dishwasher and washing machine. Having electric outlets next to both sides of bed is much appreciated. (It’s surprising that this is rare at houses and apartments we’ve rented.) Eleonora, the owner, was organized and helpful.

This is the perfect place to stay in Florence! The apartment is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need, and you can’t beat the location. It’s an easy walk to any attraction, restaurant, or market you want to visit. The train station is nearby and we easily walked there with two small suitcases. I wouldn’t change a thing, and I can’t wait to go back!

The San Miniato apartment was wonderful! It was perfectly situated legitimately steps from the Duomo and was surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores so we had everything we needed at close access. Eleonora (owner) met us at check in and went through all of our questions with us. She and her husband had lived in the apartment before relocating outside of the city and that was clear when you saw how well appointed the apartment was. She had everything we wanted:extra towels, all kitchen tools/supplies, lovely furnishings etc. She had even stocked a few supplies for us so we didn’t need to immediately go out the next morning. (Juice, bottled water, prosecco). We, sadly, do NOT travel light so when we arrived with our luggage and were able to use an elevator to bring it up to the apartment-WOW! It was pretty hot during our stay as well so having reliable AC was also great as was the easy washer/dryer we were able to use while we were there. I traveled with my sister and brother-in-law and there was ample room for privacy while still allowing us all to be together (instead of getting multiple hotel rooms). We had to leave Florence really early to catch a plane and we were nervous that we’d be able to get a taxi easily-I messaged Eleonora and she arranged it all for us! Definitely a kindness that went above and beyond our expectations! I would definitely recommend this apartment and its owners. It was a Great experience! THANK YOU!

Close to everything

We felt so at home from the start. Eleonara welcomed us as her guests. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had many ammenities. It was close to all the sights we wanted to see. There was a heat wave during our stay so having air conditioning was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Florence.

Amazing in Every Possible Way

Great stay near Duomo!

This was an ideal apartment for our stay with 2 couples. We had large, separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen, which we used several times. The washer was especially appreciated and everything dried overnight on the drying rack. We never needed the dryer.Host Eleanora was very thorough during check in and her attention to showing us how everything worked (and a clear instruction book) was really, really helpful. The location is central to everything -- an easy walk to all sites and even the train station. Thank you, Eleanora!

Beautiful property steps from the Duomo

The apartment was stunning and just a few minutes walk l from everything you’d want to see on the city. Eleonora made it so simple to check in and provided more than sufficient info for all things. From grocery stores to excellent restaurants to trash disposals, she mapped out everything you’d possibly need.The apartment was huge and though I was by myself, it would provide more than enough room for 4-6 people. When I eventually make my return to the city, I will definitely be looking at this property again. Highly recommend

Perfect Florence Home Away

Our family of three, 2 of us in our 70's, spent 2 weeks in this lovely historic apartment. The owner was easy to work with, and the apartment was equipped with everything we could have needed. The location was a perfect starting place to walk everywhere in the city. We highly recommend it.the city, even for 2 of us in our 70's.

Perfect Apartment In Every Way

This is a fabulous, exceptional, fully-equipped, and very spacious 2 bedroom apartment that is literally steps from the Duomo. It is perfect for anyone wanting to "live" right in the center of historic Florence instead of being in a hotel. Eleanora, the owner, is a fabulous and generous hostess. Grocery, cafes, pharmacy, and great shopping is nearby and everything is in walking distance. For those with mobility issues (like me), there is an elevator! We stayed in the winter when tourist traffic (and street noise) is at a minimum. Highly recommend!

Great apartment and location. Spacy. Eleonora is a great manager. We stayed 3 weeks. No issue except a few nights when neighbors were too noisy in the middle of the night.

Amazing apartment near the Duomo

Eleanora was the best! She gave a very thorough check-in. She also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and groceries. The apartment was better than pictured, so very gorgeous and comfortable. Although the street can be a bit raucous at night, the sound is well blocked. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would love to stay again!.
