  • The Space

    Recently renovated, the apartment is bright, cozy, and tastefully decorated with elegant finishes that give it a unique character. Each room features panoramic views, and the highlight is a spacious 30 sqm terrace offering breathtaking sights of Florence—perfect for relaxing with a glass of Chianti after a day of sightseeing.

    Situated on the 4th floor of a beautiful building with an elevator (please note: access to the elevator begins after 25 steps from the main entrance), the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. It offers two luminous double bedrooms (one with two single beds that can be joined), one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and an additional large bathroom. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV, along with spectacular views. There is also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. Amenities include A/C, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer.

    ⚠️ Please note: there is a staircase (25 steps) before reaching the elevator.

    Please provide your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as there is no front desk.

    Late check-ins must be requested and approved in advance.

    Additional fees for early/late check-in:

Un lieu étonnant

Cet appartement a dépassé toutes nos attentes pour notre premier Airbnb. Il est très bien situé pour explorer la ville et Andrea était l'hôte parfait. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable et est équipé de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris de nombreuses petites touches attentionnées. La terrasse est tout simplement incroyable. Nous n'hésiterions pas à rester à nouveau si nous retournons à Florence.

Magnifique appartement

Appartement magnifique, calme. Vue panoramique sur Florence. MAIS en décembre chauffage piloté à distance par le propriétaire qui semblait avoir perdu le mode d'emploi. Dommage, nous avons eu froid !

Excellent

Tout est magnifique ! La vue depuis la terrasse est extraordinaire. L'appartement est splendide, bien décoré et très propre (lits très confortables, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, Netflix...) Il est situé dans le centre de Florence à 10 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre Niccolo notre hôte est très accueillant et très réactif. Nous étions 5 adultes et nous sommes tous unanime : C'est vraiment un excellent appartement pour visiter Florence.

This amazing penthouse almost 360 degree patio apartment is incredible! Beautifully decorated and so bright and airy! The views are with it alone and well appointed and the lay out was perfect for our family of four. We didn’t want to leave! One small issue which I don’t know what can be done the water pressure for the showers is really low…yet doesn’t detract from what was a wonderful stay!!

We stayed in Athens, Florence and Rome on this trip. This location was our favorite. Loved the penthouse setting. Great views. Located within walking distance to the railway station and all of our excursions. Numerous restaurants and Gelato options on this side of the river. Good communication for access to the unit and checkout was a breeze.

It is really hot in Florence this time of year and we think they turned on the AC like right before we got there so took a few days for the apartment to feel cool. The view from the apartment was excellent and beautiful. Water pressure was not very good. I do want to mention that my father got robbed as we were both entering the apartment I had my key in the door so it was right outside of the apartment. We know that this does not have anything to do with the apartment or host. But we did ask the host if there was any cameras on the property and there is not even though there is a sticker that says the building is surveilled. Talking to locals they said this location has gotten a little more dicey recently.

Great location. Easy access walking or for taxi's, just a ridge and a block away from city center. Quieter but close to restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery, sites. Walk to shopping, restaurants, museums, historical sites. Amazing views! Large outdoor terraces. Modern zen-like apartment is besutiful with everything you need including good wifi and accomodating, responsive hosts and comfortable beds. Elevator was nice. Good security. Will.rent again!

We were able to communicate no problem making check in smooth. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the open space and amazing views of Florence city center. It was a bummer that the outdoor cushions had been left out in the rain so we couldn’t sit on them after the rain had stopped. Maybe a cover for the out door furniture but I’m sure that’s hard with the wind being an issue on the top floor. Super clean and well kept. Just a note that if you are planning on doing laundry there is only a washer but is very common in Europe. We stayed in the spring and had someCooler days and the heater worked just fine. Would be an amazing apartment for any season, warmer days on the patio and cooler days inside with beautiful views.
