Located in Porta Romana, the southernmost of the ancient walls, one of the most important access routes to the historic center of Florence, 800 meters from Palazzo Pitti and 1km on foot from Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, we are also at the foot of Piazzale Michelangelo: the balcony of Florence, with the wonderful avenue of the hills, ideal for your relaxation and jogging activities and the Forte Belvedere.
The house, just outside the restricted traffic area, is easily accessible by car, from the boulevards and also from the motorway, with the possibility of parking or private garage (by booking in advance).
The residential area is well served, under the house you can find everything you need, bank, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacies, grocery stores, boutiques, taxis, bus stops and CitySightseeing type tourist buses.
We are very close to the city center and the train station.
The apartment is quiet, bright and panoramic, located on the second floor, there are stairs to climb, composed of: entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen, equipped with fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, oven microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine.
Two king-size double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The two sleeping areas are completely separated by doors, and allow total privacy.

The house will be at your complete disposal, in compliance with its rules, complete with every comfort and equipment, ideal for couples or families with children:
