The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, and each room is designed to meet all your needs and make you feel at home. Filled with natural light thanks to its many windows, this three-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth and fifth floors of a lovely building across the corner from the Church of Santa Maria Novella, and just a stone's throw away from the famous Duomo.

The living room features an extendable glass dining room table for 6 people and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you may need to cook your favorite meals (microwave, oven, kettle, etc). This room grants access to a bathroom (with a shower) and two bedrooms. Each room is equipped with two single beds that can be easily joined into a double bed. Both rooms are equipped with AC and have access to the balcony facing Piazza dell’Unita’.

The upper level features the master room and a second balcony, which is directly accessible from the stairs, offering a view of Santa Maria novella and Giotto’s bell tower. The laundry facility is also located on this balcony. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, AC, and a private bathroom with shower.

This apartment is ideal for a group of friends or a large family who wish to experience Florence in a charming and refined location. The typical Mercato Centrale, where you can find primary ingredients of the Tuscan cuisine, the Medici Chapels, as well as the Duomo and Calzaiuoli street, renowned boutiques, are located just a few steps away. The apartment is also at 5min walking distance from the train station, the bus station and the tramway, therefore in a strategic location for people keen on exploring other neighborhoods as well as the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
