Apartments Florence - The Four Suites

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an elegant historic building and there are 100 steps to reach it. An elevator is scheduled to be installed in summer 2026, with works planned from April 15 through the end of July 2026. During this period, some inconvenience may occur in the common areas due to the construction site, including noise and dust.

The rental rate has been carefully adjusted to reflect this temporary inconvenience, offering exceptional value for an exclusive property in one of the city's most prestigious and central locations.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the elevator is expected to be fully operational by the first half of September 2026.

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible. We will be on hand to offer you the support needed to access and enjoy the rented property.
