This pleasant, two-bedroom, terraced house has a mezzanine and a south-facing terrace. It is set within a quiet residential complex just 100 metres from the beach.
Little Pets 10Kg are welcome (subject to a €10 surcharge).
There is reserved parking within the residential complex.

The ground floor features a terrace with garden furniture, five chairs and two sun loungers, as well as an awning.
The entrance leads to the living-dining area, which has a dining table, chairs, a storage unit, a TNT-SAT TV with French and foreign channels, and a large fridge-freezer.
The fully-fitted, open-plan kitchen has a two-ring ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a microwave and a dishwasher.
There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower, washing machine and toilet.
The bedroom has a large 140x190 cm double bed, an extra bed, and a large wardrobe.

Upstairs is a mezzanine with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), a fan and an air cooler. Access to this mezzanine is not recommended for young children or people with reduced mobility (very steep stairs)

This well-equipped house is ideal for a comfortable holiday with children, especially if you don't have a car, given its proximity to the beach, local shops and the Massif de la Clape, which is perfect for walks or bike rides.

Welcome to Saint-Pierre, a popular family seaside resort with a large sandy beach. The area is full of natural attractions. The seaside holiday spot of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer is sheltered by the towering cliffs of the La Clape Massif, which overlook the resort.
In just a few minutes, you can discover the fantastic natural abyss known as 'L'Oeil Doux', which boasts stunning sea views.
The area also boasts many cultural attractions, such as Carcassonne, Cathar castles and the Canal du Midi.
