Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a sleeping area with a bunk bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate the balcony and view.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Iron, Fan, Hair dryer, Barbecue, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

Please note that there is also a tennis court in the residence.

## Emplacement
Fleury is a seaside commune covering more than 5,000 hectares and comprising three village entities: the winegrowing village of Fleury, the seaside resort of Saint Pierre la Mer and the fishing and yachting port of Les Cabanes de Fleury. The commune offers a wide variety of landscapes: 3,000 hectares of garrigue, 6 kilometers of sandy beaches and the River Aude, which crosses the territory for 9 km before flowing into the Mediterranean, 1,000 hectares of vineyards, 1,000 hectares of marshes, ponds and wetlands.
