'3 flights of stairs was actually 4 narrow. No screens on windows and bugs coming in. No fan Left property after using toilet and to wash face from sweating. Husband had the ants crawling in him while looking for another place to stay'

'This apartment was so perfectly located — 2 minute walk to the Place des Héros to see the beautiful Flemish Baroque buildings and sights, with easy street parking or free parking lots nearby. The apartment had all necessary amenities, and was cozy and comfortable. The hosts left many suggestions of sights to visit, and clear instructions for any questions you may have (how to navigate the tv, heater, etc). We spent four nights in this cute apartment, and enjoyed walking around beautiful Arras. '

'Property was to a very high condition. Communication at times was a challenge as it was in French, which is not a strong language of mine.
