'This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. They came to clean our room every 3 days, restocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, chips and protein balls, it was so good. Only a 10 min drive to...

'Great place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent. Our only issue was with a group of young guests in the room next door who returned around 2:00 am and started making a lot of noise as though they were continuing the party in their room. Unfortunately, I had to get up and ask them to keep the noise down so we could get some sleep. Aside from that disturbance, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.'

'Location was as I had hoped, lovely beach access, bus stops, Currumbin Sanctuary and general store opposite, easy walks to Currumbin Surf Club and Tugun. The apartment was quirky, furnished with odd furniture and op shop style decor, a noisy single bed was unsuitable with squeaky springs. People noise from other apartments was often disturbing and being directly under the flight path to the airport was also an issue throughout my stay, I wouldn’t recommend or return. '

'This is basic, but also the smell was disgusting. Every time I walked into my room there was a wall of wet carpet/wet dog smell. What was beyond frustrating was I had to compromise my privacy to get fresh air in there. That is to say, the windows were sealed shut, and the only way to get any air in was have my door open. I'm a single woman, above a pub, and I don't want to hear every noise in the hallway. Air conditioning is not fresh air, and not always the healthiest. The bathrooms weren't...
