Downtown House with NEW Game Room!

This custom home was completed on August 2017.

Our house on Forest View Drive is conveniently located within the downtown area and is a 3 minute drive to the heart of the city (also within walking distance). This home has three bedrooms, 2 baths, and has amazing views of the San Francisco Peaks! This home will comfortably accommodate 8 and is perfect for all types of travelers. Home has a hot tub in the backyard, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views, and is close to most of the tourist attractions in Flagstaff.
The North Pole Experience is 1.8 miles, 8 miles to Snowbowl, 10 Minutes to NAU, 45 mins to Sedona, 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon, and a 3 min drive downtown. For visiting doctors in the area, we are .8 miles to Flagstaff Medical Center. This house is also .5 miles to the grocery store, Starbucks, and local restaurants. For those of you with trailers for horses or toys, we have a very open street and are welcome to park at your leisure!

Worried about travel in these challenging times? Our home is professionally cleaned between guests to make sure the home is safe and comfortable for all of those staying.

Does your group enjoy relaxing and enjoying movies and sports on TV's? We have 3 flat screen TV's for all of your relaxing, including Netflix and other streaming services, along with upgraded sound in our living room and garage!

With this home being right next to our other home(#7600323), you have the option to have a large family reunion or company retreat. Please reach out us for availability. The homes together will have occupancy of around 18 people with only a 10 foot path between the 2 homes!

We had such a wonderful stay here during our weekend soccer tournament. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and perfectly located with easy access to downtown Flagstaff. This house is was great, it’s got everything a family would need including kids toys! Our only drawbacks is the ac wasn’t working well and the neighborhood is not walkable to downtown (need to go on major roads).

Relaxing, beautiful home! We really enjoyed our short stay. The house was impeccable, the neighborhood is so nice and the driveway slope is no joke lol. Felt secluded but still very close to downtown and even walked around the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed the trail and quiet roads. The game room is fun and such a nice touch.

Fantastic view, amenities and location!

What a beautiful, comfortable home! This was our first visit to Flagstaff, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the hot tub, comfy beds and sectional, and the unbeatable view. The location was just a quick drive from the quaint downtown area, where we enjoyed some of the many great restaurants. Highly recommend Shift and Dark Sky Brewery! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the guest experience, from plenty of towels and throw blankets, to game and toy collections for a variety of ages, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and well-kept, and Chris was a great communicator and easy to reach. We would love to come back — so much to see, and an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. We also came up from Phoenix through Sedona and highly recommend that drive — stunning mountain vistas! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Flagstaff, look no further.
